The Globaloria crew here at Man High is working diligently on making our way through the course schedule. I have been trying to keep up on my end and am making dents. It seems there are so many time consuming things going on and just not enough time in the day to get everything done.
Checked out Angie Leef's link on her blog post. She has a good TED video posted. It's so encouraging to see that others are realizing the benefits a class like Globaloria gives to the students. Not only are they learning technology skills, but they are also gaining social skills and working cooperatively, rather than being bound to a textbook. Real world skills to prepare them for real world careers.
